The insufficiency and poor quality of read infrastructure make the city of Kinshasa the most disorganized capital in Central Africa from an administrative, economic and social point of view. The lack of secondary roads often results in monster traffic jams. What prevents traffic controllers from carrying out their work well on the one hand and on the other hand ready the users (transporters) to maximize the profit to regulate this situation, a new urbanization plan is needed by building secondary reads while secrorisant the road space of the city of Kinshasa. Hence the mathematical models of decision support for the resolution of this problem.
